Nancy Allison - REALTOR OF THE YEAR!
November 29, 2018 The Pismo Coast Association of Realtors (PCAOR) announced that Nancy Allison with Taylor Hoving Realty Group was named Realtor of the Year for 2018/2019. The award was presented at the Installation Dinner Reception in Arroyo Grande.
The associations Realtor of the Year is selected annually from among the nominees of more than 650 realtors in the area. The recipient is nominated by fellow realtors and the award is based on business accomplishments, service to the local community and the realtor organization.
Ms. Allison has been a top producing realtor for 16 years, and has served as a mentor to many new agents. She is deeply involved in the community, working as a volunteer for Senior Peer Counseling and other non-profits in her spare time.
The award was presented by Ms. Allisons colleague Shelley Aleshire, last years recipient of the award, also with Taylor Hoving Realty Group.

Nancy graduated from Cal Poly San Luis
Obispo where she majored in Journalism and
was a member of the tennis team. After
graduation Nancy returned to her native
Southern California where she earned national
recognition for sales performance for Fortune
500 companies. In 1990 she relocated to the
Central Coast where she worked in broadcast
radio and television advertising management.
Nancy has been a consistently top producing
agent and is a member of the Women's
Council of Realtors, Brian Buffini's Clubnet
Coaching, and a volunteer with Wilshire Senior
Peer Counseling. Her expertise in the San Luis
Obispo and Five Cities real estate markets,
combined with her accomplished negotiating
skills are a tremendous benefit to her clients.

An avid tennis player and yoga enthusiast,
Nancy lives in Grover Beach with her husband
Steve, daughter Casey (son Evan attends
Sonoma State) and three dogs, She loves
living near the beach and enjoys the beauty of
the Central Coast.
